Refund policy
We want you and your family to love every KinderFarms product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at consumercare@kinderfarms.com within 30 days of delivery with your full name, order number, and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns. Because our products are consumable, we are unable to accept returns — once an order ships, products cannot be restocked or resold. This does not affect the remedies above for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Subscriptions. Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled any time before your next billing date from your account page. For help with a subscription charge, contact consumercare@kinderfarms.com.
Products purchased elsewhere. For products purchased from a retail store or another website (including Amazon, Target, Walmart, or grocery stores), please handle returns and refunds through the original retailer under their policy.
