We collect information about you in a variety of ways depending on how you interact with us and our website, products, and services including:

Family Quiz Information
If you use our Family Quiz, we may collect the contact information you choose to provide (such as your first name, email address, and optional phone number) and selected quiz responses, including household size, family care needs or challenges, flavor and format preferences, and anticipated usage frequency. We use this information to create and send personalized product recommendations and family-care plan content, maintain your profile and preferences, improve the quiz and our offerings, and, where you consent, send marketing emails. The quiz is a planning tool and is not used to diagnose or treat medical conditions. We may process this information through service providers that support our website, customer profiles, analytics, and email communications, including Shopify and Klaviyo. We do not use an optional phone number submitted through the quiz to enroll you in SMS marketing unless you separately provide the consent required for SMS marketing.

Payment Information. When you make a purchase through our website, you provide payment information such as your credit or debit card number, billing address, and contact details. This information is collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, or PayPal), which are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We do not store or have access to your full card number. We receive only limited transaction details (such as order amount, billing name and address, and payment confirmation), which we use to process your order, prevent fraud, issue refunds, and comply with our legal obligations. Payment processors handle your information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Note that, as required by law, we will require you to prove your identity. We may verify your identity by phone call or email. Depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name, the last item you purchased from us, or the date of your last purchase from us. We may also ask you to provide a signed declaration confirming your identity. Following a request, we will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you in our files.
In some circumstances, you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests to exercise certain privacy rights on your behalf. If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of an individual, you must attach a copy of a completed Authorized Agent Designation Form indicating that you are able to act on another person’s behalf.

Please note, we have no control over the privacy practices, websites, or services that we do not own. Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may change our Privacy Policy and practices over time. To the extent that our policy changes in a material way, the policy that was in place at the time that you submitted personal information to us will generally govern that information unless we receive your consent to the new privacy policy. Our privacy policy includes an “effective” and “last updated” date. The effective date refers to the date that the current version took effect. The last updated date refers to the date that the current version was last substantively modified. Children
Our websites and online services are not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13 without parental consent. Children under the age of 13 should not provide their personal information to us.
