This children's nighttime formula temporarily relieves nasal and sinus congestion, including runny nose, itchy nose or throat, coughing, and sneezing so that they can rest more comfortably. Made without dyes, artificial flavors, or artificial sweeteners. Just effective relief with cleaner ingredients, chosen with purpose.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 10 mL every 4 hours
Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 5 mL every 4 hours
Children 4 to under 6 years of age: do not use unless directed by a doctor
Children under 4 years of age: do not use

Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Measure only with dosing cup provided. Do not use any other dosing device.

Store between 20–25°C (68–77°F). Do not refrigerate. Protect from light.

Ingredients

Active Ingredient (in each 5 mL): Diphenhydramine HCl 12.5 mg - Antihistamine/Cough suppressant.

Inactive Ingredients: Organic agave syrup, non-GMO citric acid, organic natural flavors, purified water.

Warnings

Do not use in a child under 4 years of age. Do not use with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin. Do not use for the purpose of making your child sleepy.

Ask a doctor before use if the child has glaucoma, cough with too much phlegm, persistent or chronic cough, breathing problems, or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland.

When using this product: marked drowsiness may occur; excitability may occur, especially in children; avoid alcoholic beverages; use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.

Stop use and ask a doctor if cough persists more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache.

Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away.

"I received this children's nighttime cold and cough medicine for my kids to try for free in return of our honest review. We live in an area that can get pretty cold and my kids get sick often. We tried this medicine a few weeks ago when the kids started with a runny nose, body aches and a cough and it seemed to work well. "I recieved the kids nite time ought and cold medicine as an incentive and finally have got to use it as my child had a cold and it worked qell on her cough and runny nose, I was a little skeptical of it at fist as I have not heard of this brand before but it worked just as well ! I like that it has organic cherry flavor although my child doesn't like the taste of any medicine she didn't mind this as much !! It also helped at night when her nose would stuff up as it does have a nasal decongestant it as well"

"My kid has been sick and has been coughing nonstop. I gave him this kids' nighttime cold and cough medicine; it says cherry flavor, but the color is yellow. My kid said it tastes good, like berries. It's easy for kids to consume and swallow. I can see his conditions have improved a little after taking this cough medicine for a few days at night. He's able to sleep better with less coughing. There are only six ingredients, which is good because it keeps this medicine as simple as possible for kids. Â"

Actually works

"This is a medicine I've never seen before! I'm always super wary of anything homeopathic or ""natural"" in ANY way, since it usually doesn't do a whole lot for symptoms. I see soooo many products like this, and not a whole lot of products that actually WORK for a child's symptoms! This medicine was actually effective, having the diphenhydramine, which is usually found in benadryl type meds. Her cough and stuffy nose calmed down a lot after taking, and she was able to get a good night's sleep!"
