Cancellation policy

Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and cancellation.

Subscription purchases automatically renew and bill on the schedule you select at checkout, and each renewal ships to your address on file at the then-current subscription price.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel, pause, or skip a subscription at any time, free of charge:

• Through your account page on this store (Manage Subscription), or
• By emailing hello@kinderfarms.com with the email address used on the order.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, cancel before the next billing date shown in your subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; orders that have already been billed or shipped are handled under our Refund Policy.
