Shipping policy
Shipping area. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping options & rates. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days)
- Priority Shipping (next business day)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $20 or more (applied automatically at checkout)
- Subscribe & Save subscription orders always ship free
Delays. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it is placed. Carriers may experience delays during holidays or severe weather that are outside our control.
Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us at consumercare@kinderfarms.com and we will make it right.
